Balance Changes — June 2026 (Season 84)
The biggest patch of the year so far: 27 changes headlined by a sweeping cut to Crown Tower damage on twelve spells, nerfs to Hero Balloon, Hero Bowler and several Evolutions, and a Hero Dark Prince rework.
Season 84 (Stone Cold) opens with Supercell's broadest spell pass in recent memory — every popular damage spell from Zap to Rocket now deals noticeably less Crown Tower damage, a clear push away from spell-cycle finishes and toward troop-led offense.
Hero cards keep getting trimmed after their dominant spring: Hero Balloon's Skeletrooper lands softer, Hero Bowler's ability window shrinks, and Hero Dark Prince loses his guaranteed Rhino tower damage in exchange for a faster deploy.
On the buff side, Goblin Giant and Electro Dragon get durability bumps, the Dart Goblin Evolution's poison stacks harder, and Rune Giant receives a hefty 28% damage increase.
