Balance Changes — August 2025 (Season 74)
A 20-card overhaul: the reworked Furnace is toned down, Minions gain a big range boost, Witch Evolution's healing is redesigned, and Dart Goblin plus two Evolutions get full reworks.
This was 2025's broadest mid-year patch. Bait staples (Spear Goblins, Firecracker, Goblin Barrel-adjacent tools) and tower troops (Cannoneer, Dagger Duchess, Royal Chef) were all pulled back, while long-neglected air units — Minions, Minion Horde, Phoenix — received meaningful buffs.
Witch Evolution's heal was rebuilt to only trigger from her own skeletons, closing the loop on months of incremental nerfs to skeleton-synergy healing.
