Spirit Empress is a single Legendary card with two forms: a 6-Elixir flying version and a 3-Elixir grounded melee version, letting the card flex between win-condition support and cheap cycle piece depending on the state of the match.
She simultaneously debuted as one of the two launch Rulers in Merge Tactics, making her the face of the game's mid-2025 content push.
