Goblin Queen's Journey Eases Progression and Hands Out Suspicious Bush
Supercell overhauled the summer Goblin Queen's Journey side mode, making the Suspicious Bush card free to unlock immediately and softening the Goblin Road grind.
Goblin Queen's Journey was 2024's big summer experiment: a parallel, goblin-themed progression track with its own Queen tower and Goblin Road that ran alongside the regular ladder. A few weeks in, Supercell shipped a batch of changes responding to complaints that the side mode felt too grindy.
The headline change made Suspicious Bush — one of the mode's new goblin cards — free to unlock right away. A new arena was added to Goblin Road with better chest rewards, including Magic Chests and a Legendary King's Chest.
Progression friction was also reduced across the board: the Queen's level cap was removed and tied to the King Tower level instead, evolution slots opened up earlier, trophy losses on Goblin Road were softened, and Silver Chests were pulled from the mode's chest cycle to raise average reward value.
